NEED HELP QUICK

Well its spring break and ive finally come to it. Im cutting my hair.Its been long my whole life. I`ve always had the same "do". Long past my ears. I`ve had it two different ways. Slicked back and behind the ears although both look good i want something new. My mom suggested corn rows but i dunno if that would look right on a white guy hehe. Well i dont have a way to get pics but i have an oval face with high cheek bones. My stylist said i have a face for many if not all styles but i just dunno what one to go to. So could somene suggest a look that would be good for a teen? I was looking into the spiky look but a lot of kids have that at my school as well as the bumper.
