pomade is this wax like stuff that can be used to spike up (style in general) hair. It is often used as an alternative to gel. It comes in many varieties, degree of shine, hold, etc
not sure which brand is best because everybody is different. Go down to your local drug store and try a few is my best suggestion.....
Yeah if you just go to like an Acme, they have tons of waxes and pomades. Although its around $6 where I live, I prefer the Got 2 Be brand.. You just rub it in your palms and spread it through your hair. It feels like rubber, but it smells pretty descent, like oranges kinda. The only problem [and I don`t know if this is with all pomades or I just use too much] is that it feels oily, but I don`t mind `cause it`s kinda soft. :P
oh my you got a stuborn pomade in your hair. nothin to worry though, most pomade will wash out after a few washes. what brand of pomade are you currently using? if you it still does not come out try to find a thread somewhere here about removing vaseline or castor oil from hair. i think the hairboutique website has its article on how to get stuff out of hair. pomade is kinda like vaseline and some pomade contains castor oil, so this might help you a bit
