drastic color change

In a color change, such as blonde to brown, or you know, the normal brown to blue, jk.. well in the end it normally doesn`t look normal because your hair is like opposite from it original, while your eye brows are the original.. is there like some kind of way to make it look more natural.. I know hair dyes specifically say not for use on eye brows or anything, so is there any dyes, like how they have mustache dyes, that can change that?
