Hi,

I am just wondering, what other affects does bleach have on hair other than making the color of hair lighter? Can it make hair softer and easier to manage?

A friend, of a friend, of a friend recently cut her "Sandy Blonde" hair, put the clippings in a bucket and put a little bleach in it to see what color it would turn the hair. She went back to look at it awhile later and her hair was gone.
