i have frizzy hair and it puffs out when i shake my head around and i want hair like johnny depps when he grows it cause its so kool how can i acheive this?

use a moustrizing shampoo and conditioner
use serum
use mousse for that johnny depp hair
dont play with the hair dryer to much
cut the damaged part of the hair.
