Daily wave routine please read twista and wave experts!!!

Yo, What up ya, Ok I got My hair cut.(low cut bold fad) And Bought the new 360 wave grease pomade twista told me to get and a brush and cap. so what now.
I 'm going to follow ya first method twista.(The first 1)
1. Get out the shower and keep my hair a little damp
2. Put in the grease
3.brush for 30 min
4. Cap it for 30
5.And brush agian
But one question twista, do you put the 360 in your hair everyday?or will that be to much?

Every morning do you damp your hair before putting in the grease.

How often should I wash my hair?

I now I have a lot of questions but I never had waves and really want them.
HELP ME!!!
