I don't really use it to get waves. I use it to add sheen and shine to my hair and to condition. It makes the waves look healthy.

I noticed there are two kinds Pink Lotion and Pink Lotion Light which is it you all use?

The regular pink lotion is probably better for your hair.

It mainly just moisturizes yo hair. So it won't be all dry.
