I heard the S curl stylin gel

will curl your hair up if you put it when you have long hair is that true?

AND ALSO when is the right time to put the styling gel for your waves, like when u have a # 2 aka dark ceasar or when the hair has grown past 2 inches in length.

thats not true my hair is over 3 inches and i use that and my hair doesn't curl up.

I use it everyday in the morning
