I've heard that you can condition hair then cover with a shower cap. How long are you supposed to do it and how often? I use pantene pro v shampoo and conditioner. I'm a guy with short but highlighted hair. Would this benefit me? Do guys wear shower caps-is it odd for them?

Any one can wear a shower cap, who is looking at you in the shower to say its weird anyways?

Just put the conditioner in, READ the bottle some say leave it in for 5 mins some say 10 some say more and cover the hair while in the shower let the hot steam allow it to help your hair. Conditioner is for HAIR it do not say u have to be male or female to use it.
