I have been trying to grow my hair for several years now but I haven`t had much success, so now I`m trying to see if finding some long hair buddies will help me reach my waist-length goal. If there is anyone out there who would like to help me by giving support to each other via e-mail please e-mail me back.

Thanks,

Susan

Hi Susan,
Best idea is to hang out here or on the other long hair sites - like www.tlhs.org or www.longhairlovers.com
Lots of supportive long hair experts if you know where to look - like Karen our benefactor here for instance!
Good luck with your growing...you`ll get there!

Chris

hi- i have also been trying to grow my hair out forever. when i was 5 i had really long hair and my mom cut it up to mid-ear. for a while i didn`t mind shoulder-length hair, but as i entered my teens, i`ve wanted it, and have been convinced at one point or another to cut it. this time i have healthy hair, no major split ends, and a much stronger will. wish me luck!

Hi Susan,
for years I have been trying to grow my hair also. My friends think I`m nuts because I tell them I am growing my hair long and the next time they see me it`s short again. Right now I`m trying to get rid of some layers so I had my hair chopped to my jaw. I am dying to get my hair super long, but I too need much support. It seems I`m addicted to the scissors even though I desperately want super long hair. I`m staring at least a 5 year goal in the face right now..HELP!

Susan, I have long brown hair to my waist and I am trying to grow it even longer. I live in an area with very hard water, so I purchased a top of the line shower filter, V37 formula and ARTec smoothing hair products, shampoo, conditioner and moist pacs.

It really is a committment to do this, however I know that it will be worth it, don`t get discourage, it will take time but if you stick with it good results will happen.

We can research the web for tips and share them with each other. I will keep you motivated and give you the support if your are really dedicated to your goal.

Let know how you are doing.

Hello!!! I recently cut 11 inches off my hair, and I am also trying to grow it out. I donated it to Locks For Love and I was so happy to do something nice that it didn`t occur to me that I would hate not having my hair!! It is now shoulder length, and it was almost to the bottom of my ribcage. Anyway, there is another really good site, www.longhairlovers.com. There is some information there about how to grow hair faster. I am taking Natrol Hair, nails, and Skin, at the moment, plus Biotin and MSM. But I have heard good things about GNC`s Ultra Nourishair. I don`t know if I will do that, or just keep taking the Biotin and MSM supplements. I normally take Centrum, so...

Anyway, best of luck, and feel free to drop me a line here, or e-mail or IM me. Take care!!
Andrea

Right now I am taking the GNC Ultra Nourishair. I`ve noticed that I have less hair loss when I`m taking it, but the pills are HUGE! I have a really hard time getting them down, and I can tell you I`m a champion pill-taker from way back. So if I`m having trouble swallowing them, I can almost guarantee that others will have the same difficulty.
I have not really noticed a significant hair growth, but they definitely help with breakage and loss. My hair also seems to have better texture. My hair is about mid-back length, falling just below my bra strap, with a loose curly perm and no color treatment.
Just wanted to give you my take on the GNC product you mentioned. I bought two bottles, am suffering my way thru the first one. Luckily, I still have the receipt and the second bottle is still sealed - I plan on returning it at my earliest convenience. If you try these, make sure you keep your receipt just in case. I`m glad I did.

Susan,

I have spent the past 3 and 1/2 years getting my hair to between mid-back to waist length. I have been told by some of the women I work with that they would love to have the hair I have. My secret? Stay away from anyone who has a set of clippers or scissors! You will get to where you want to be...... it just takes time, and good hair care products. I swear by the Aveda line. The products cost an arm and a leg, but they have been worth it to me. So good luck and email me if you get the itch to have it cut!

hai sister i am vijay haircareadvicer and messur

use almond oil

For Density:-
1.Add Castor oil with coconut oil(100+100ml).apply with gentle mage.

2.Take White yoke from Egg.Apply ur Scalp leave 30min before wash ur hair.

3.Curd is a moisturieser. Apply ur Scalp leave 30min before wash ur hair.

For Dandruff:-

1.Squeeze lemon and take lemon juice. Apply ur Scalp leave 30min before wash ur
hair.

2.Take White Vinegar 50ml. Apply ur Scalp leave 30min before wash ur hair.

For Lice:-
1.Spread Tulsi leaves on ur pillow before go to bed.keep head on Tulsi
leaves.

For YoungGreyHair:-

1. Add Castor oil with coconut oil(100+100ml).apply with gentle mage.

2. Eat iron content food or syrup.

To do this:-
1.Apply Natural Henna by paste format.leave 30min before wash ur hair.

2.Fold ur hair end with hair band. Dont use pins and clips for folding.

3.Eat atleast one egg or protein content food daily.

Dont do this:-

1.Dont dry ur hair by hair dryer oftenly.

2.Dont Brush ur hair with moisture.

3.Dont cut ur hair oftenly or improperly.

Because Straight cut makes Density, V cut makes long, Oval makes normal level

General Advice:-

Maintain long hair. Because the body will take protein from hair at the time of
Sick or illness. because the hair contains protein in the form of karotine.this
is the reason for mothers hair falling after birth of child. So plz maintain atleast
Hair length between Shoulder length to Waist length(50-60cm
