I found that if I wash my hair if Physique`s Spiral Shampoo, and sometimes use the Spiral Conditioner I have less frizz. For the remainding frizz and style ability I use LaLooks Pro Styling Curl Boost Foaming Gel. Its kind of mix of gel and mouse. I like the crunchy felling in hair and that gel leaves you no crunch, so After I have every hair in place I spray either some of Physique`s Spiral Styling Spray, or I use LaLooks Mega Hold Hair Spray. They both are pretty much similar but I try to get the cheaper one. Hope this helps some one in Curly Hair Land. ------------- CrAZy ToP
