Well, do you like the way your hair feels? Is it smooth and silky or rough and straw-like? There's probably no true "normal" hair (as there is no "normal" person) but go with your perceptions and what you'd like your hair to feel like.

it's pretty soft and silky. the ends sometimes feel a little dry. my hair has never felt like straw i don't think.
