I've been using it for the past month, 1-2 tbsp. on wet hair before shampooing (I leave it on about 5 minutes), and then another teaspoon after towel drying my hair, and it has really helped improve my hair health. I love the whole Burt's Bees product line (I have almost all of their skincare products), but I especially love how the hair butter makes your hair so shiny and soft without weighing it down at all. It actually adds body, volume and bounce.
