Hello go to the hairdressers and go to a colour technician thats if you hair is not the same colour in the photograph every hairdresser has different prices and different methods of colouring . short hair is highlighted by cap highlights and long hair is highlighted by foil highlights . if you have straighteners this look would be easy to achieve the only thing is you would not have the flicky bit your hair would be straight from root to tip . If you want the flicky bit i would suggest a curling iron or tongs . hopefully the advice helped . ------------- |
