my hair grows about 2 inches in around 3 months and i want it to grow faster.any suggestions? please help

Hi,Hair is programmed genetically to grow at a set rate. You can maximize the rate through a variety of ways. It helps to take good vitamins which round out nutritional requirements and it also helps to eat a generally good diet. Caffeine, sugar, chocolate...you know...all the good things...do slow down hair growth potential.So does lack of sleep and stress. Eating right, sleeping good, exercing and making sure you have good supplements will help. So will using good products and not abusing your hair with blow dryers and harsh products.There are several articles on how to grow your hair faster on Hair Boutique.
