Date Posted: May 16 2000 at 5:23pm Hey, I'm a guy with short blonde hair- #2 shaved up the sides and blended in a little longer so i spike it forward on top and push it up in the front. I want to get it highlighted or bleach the tips of it or whatever for summer, but don't want to spend 30 bucks on it doing it at the salon. could anyone give me some good instructions or tips on how to do this at home with a home kit? how do i get the just tips bleached? any help would be great Replies:
