I have thick, layered shoulder length brown hair. You can barely even see the layers. I usually wear my hair in a ponytail but that is getting boring. I want to wear something new and unique in my hair but I don't know what. If you have any pretty looking hair styles that might actually stay in my thick hair, please tell me!!!!!! Thanx.

When you say "something new IN my hair" are you talking accessories, or do you mean a new style? If this is the case, have you considered having it short. Thick hair lends itself well to short styles layered to the ears and nape of the neck. You'd definitely be able to see the layers, then!
