bang frustration...help!!

I am growing out my bangs. (they are to the bottom of my nose and the rest of my hair is just short of my bra-strap and is all one length.) I am sick of clipping them back and my hair looks stupid when I try to style it. I need advise of how to cut/style my hair in the growing out phase. My goal is to have my hair all one length cut just short of my shoulders. Please give me help on how I can get through this without giving up and cutting my bangs.

The easiest way is to blend them in. Do a slight angle cut from the bangs, if you don't want anything drastic, just angle it enough to blend in the bangs. It really helps!
