Hey,
My hair is dark brown, Shoulder length, and layered to about my cheekbones. I need to do somethiing with it. I can`t get it cut, but i want some interesting updos... Even if you don`t think you have any good ideas, i`m willing to try just about anything, well, almost anything.

Just put your hair in a ponytail, then take little sections of hair and twist them, and pin them all around the base of the ponytail. It sounds wierd, but actually looks really amazing. I`m not sure if your hair will be long enough, but you could probably make it work. Good luck!

how about pulling the top half/ some of the top of the hair into a barette and wearing the rest part of it loose? it always looks very nice on all sorts of hair types. would it go into a plait without bits falling out? you could try bunches for a cute effect. why not try a topsytail? it`s where you put it into a pony, then pull the band down a bit, tuck the pony of hair under and pull it through. it may sound complicated, but once you get the gist of it, it can be very effective and neat.
