well as boring as it is school is almost here its finally my senior year i have this one length med. brown hair to my mid back that i have had for 3 years im sick of the same look i want something new and bold i have come up with 2 final choices 1-leave the length but cut temple to temple above the brow razor straight bangs or 2- get it all cut chin length my appt is friday at 1 any advice?

Hi Allison,

I have one question for you--have you had your senior pics made yet? I had mid-back length hair all through highschool and got if cut short right before my senior year. Well, I hated my senior pics because I had no hair and I thought everyone with their long hair looked so glamorous. After that, I say go for it. Personally, I don`t like razor straight bangs--high maintanance to keep them neat--just a thought. Good luck with whatever style you choose :)

I`d say if you are going to do anything ... I`d bet #2 stands a better chance of looking good than #1 for that kind of picture. My hs yearbook has a few people with that look, and theirs came out pretty good.

It still all depends on what you look like and what you want though. Good luck :)

I think definitely the chin length style with bangs. To me that look is so sexy on girls. I`m a guy and I love girls with bob like that. I personally have my hair cut in basically a one length bob below my ears with bangs to my eyebrows. It is a great style that is easy to take care of and I love the swing, movement, and versatility of my hair. I would go chin length but I`m not sure that everyone (like my boss) would approve.
