I need some help I`m going to steak / highlight my hair blue and I would like to know if there are some sites out there to show me how to do it and different way to so I can chose the look that I like. Because iv seen so many ways to do it from like streaking to the chunking I don`t mess it up. I guess I just need to know the rule`s when it comes to streaking with wild color`s like are you not supposed to tint it around your face stuff like that. The rule of thumb persay
