hmm.. how to keep hair healthy...
well,
try not to colour hair too often with harsh hair dyes, instead of going to the salon do it at home or just get the roots done.
Dont use straigheners/crimpers/curling irons every day coz it will seriously frazzle your hair, just use them as a treat for weekends.
Use heat protective spray with heated appliances.
Have lots of vitamin E in your diet coz it helps healthy hair nail and skin growth.
Dont use lemon juice to lighten your hair in the sun, coz it drys it out.
Put on a floppy hat in the harsh summer sun to protect your locks, or use a wide toothed comb to put a very small amount of sun cream on your scalp if it shows.
Use a deep conditioning treatment on your hair once a week as a treat.
Always remember to rinse out sand from your hair coz it irritates the scalp, and use a swimming shampoo if you have been in a chlorinated swimming pool.
Use a wide toothed comb on wet hair after washing to prevent damage.
Use a shampoo suited to your own hair type.

okay my name is different, but only coz i just got registered and they were doing weird things with my application, i changed it so its now, .copper_sax. Hey! im hardly a junior member, im 14. :P
