Ok everyone says that cutting down on blowdrying
will make your hair healthier.
By cutting down does it make your hair that is already damaged from blowdrying gradually healthy again?
Or does it mean that the hair will not contiue to get more damaged?
.....Or do they mean it will prevent new hair from being damaged?
But I really want to know if it will magically start
to repair by not blowdrying.
Also is there such a product that pemently repairs your hair? Are all products just to be used over and over?

Sorry, once your hair is damaged there is little you can do for it. Some products will make it a little better but (at least in my experience) not much.
Cutting down on blowdrying will help with new hair and will help with further damage.

The only way to get rid of split ends is to trim them. Once you got the dead ends cut off, you can start growing healthy hair.
There are no products who permanently "glue" split ends together again.
To prevent split ends you might want to embrace a good hair care regime - invest in a good shampoo suited for your type of hair and a conditioner. If your hair is really badly damaged, apart from getting it trimmed a nice deep conditioning treatment or hot oil might help you on the way to healthier hair.
Cutting back on all heat appliances such as dryers, curling irons, straightening irons etc. will also help you to improve your hair.
Make sure you get enough vitamins as well to encourage hair growths.
But I`m afraid there is no miracle here.
