I love to use the 2-in-one stuff, and I recently found Suave, which I like because it smells good. However, I was reading on here about harmful ingredients, and then I studied my shampoo. Turns out it has every bad thing but citric acid. Does anyone know of good shampoo/conditioners that won't dry out your hair? I'm afraid now that I'm hurting my hair through ignorance of ingredients, but I still want the convenience of the 2-in-one stuff. Help is appreciated. Oh, and in case you need the info: my hair is pretty much average, not fine at all.

Hm.... 2 in 1.. doesn't that defeat the purpose of the conditioner? That's just how I see it. Anyhoo, some gentle shampoos: Back to Basics, L'Oreal for Kids, Paul Mitchell The Shampoo, Garnier Fructis dry or damaged, Suave Color Care, Suave Amplifying.
As for the conditioner, you're probably better off finding a separate conditioner that works for you.
