Okay... I`ll be straight forward: I am a complete and utter social outcast. In other words, I know nothing about hair. I see all these girls walk around with nice, straight, perfect hair that never seems to get messy--even in gym class. I, however, have wavey, frizzy hair that seems to get messed up within 3 minutes after brushing. Since no one around here will help me, I figured this would be a perfect opportunity to ask what the secrets to having nice hair are. What sorts of shampoos, conditioners, styling gels, hair sprays, equipment, and such do you people use? It would mean the world to me if someone could help. Thanks.

It sounds like you got in the wrong line when the hair genes were being passed out. Luckily, there are several things you could do to better your hair situation. First, you need to get a good cut (style) that works with your face shape and hair type (you might not be able to have the "perfect, straight hair). Next, look for hair products that combat your problem (I believe there is one called frizz out or something like that), if all else fail you could get it professionally straightened - kind of a long, expensive task but some think it is worth it. Good Luck

First, I want you to know that some day, it will not matter if you are a complete and utter social outcast. Some day junior high and high school will be the remote past.

Yeah, a good cut will greatly improve the overall appearance of your hair.
You might also try a straightening iron, or flat iron, or whatever you wanna call them, you know what I`m talking about.:D
