Hi, I have medium length brown hair, and I am trying to find a picture of what I want done with it. What I want is to have layers....Can someone help me?

I don`t know exactly what you ladies are looking for, but here`s a link to a picture of the hairstyle I`m aiming for. It looks to me like there are some layers in it. I`m currently letting my hair grow and am about 3 inches away from this length. I hope this helps. :)
