          | I think a few people on this board dont use shampoo but conditioner wash only. Im thinking of doing this and im wondering how often you guys clarify(as in ACV rinse). And for the first conditioner, do you use a clarifying conditioner like suave clarifying? And whats the difference between a CWC and conditioner only? Thanks |

          | Hi Renee
You can pretty much see my answers in this thread

That thread talks about most of those. Then if you still have questions let us know.

          | Hi Renee
I used to clarify once every two weeks. ... lately I've switched to Conditioner Only from the CWC method. (haven't shampooed since January 21st!). Lately I find that I have to clarify more often than just once every two weeks. Now if I don't clarify often enough, the hair turns plasticky. :)

The difference between CWC and CO: The W. :) Okay, okay, I couldn't resist! LOL

Basically a CO is a "CC".

You replace a shampoo with a light conditioner massage.

The first C can be anything light, really... The same conditioners that you'd use for the first C in CWC, can also be used as the first C in CO.
Suave Daily Clarifying is a good choice. V05 herbal C like Tangerine Tickle, Strawberry whatever it's called, and Sunkissed Raspberry... the Suave Naturals line works great too.

 HTH :)

          | K, i used the VO5 kiwi and lime or whatever as the first C then used humectress and 2nd C. So far so good, i didnt have any problems. I think ill stick to this.

          | Awesome, GF... I notice that many people are unable to hold back from overexperimenting, even after they've found something that works for them. So... it's always great to hear that someone is going to stick with something they like!

 Hugs,
 Anais
