Okay... I dye my hair a reddish blonde and it looks very natural... but me, being 16, want something WILDISH... i`m punky and spunky and... WILDISH!
so... i want to dye my hair a dark reddish/brown and THEN put chunky blonde highlights. Can i dye it, and immediately after highlight? or do i need to wait a certain period of time?
help quick, otherwise, i`ll just go for it!

Brass Munky (that Funky Monkey)-
I think you can do the highlights right after the color- for something like that I`d highly suggest you go to a professional. I know that dark red doesn`t hold very well & usually washes out to a lighter red pretty quick & that highlights & chunks are best done by someone who knows what they`re doing... I know a girl who did them herself and they were AWFUL! But I think that both the color and the highlights can be done in the same visit.
