Hi blondetrumpet, Make sure you're taking adequate dietary supplementation. Start with a good diet, and add a daily multivitamin, then other things such as biotin and silica and the like. Get a wide tooth comb and use it to detangle from tips to roots. Only brush when detangled. Treat your hair gently and it'll treat you well by growing longer faster. Hope this helps. ------------- |
