I was getting sick of my light hair. Here is a picture of my new dyed hair: I am thinking about going short and choppy in kind of a pixie bob style. Short hair is great, I got mine cut from mid-back length to a short crop/pixie about a week ago, and it's so easy to take care of and fun to style. I say go for it, but if you don't like the haircut after it's done, you still have several options, like putting it half-up, in a ponytail, bobby pins, whatever. Good luck!
