okay my hair is fine but its kinda thick. and it has flyaways (like ALL over). And it makes my hair frizzy all the time. Is there any shampoo or conditioner or somethign i can use to stop this? (p.s.-i have colored my hair once and highlighted it twice-does this do any damage like make it dry and frizzy or something?)

YES!! You're absolutely right about that... Frizz is often from mistreatment. Also, chemicals do damage to your hair, whether it is highlights or coloring, or perming/relaxing. Chemicals do the most damage if your hair is fine. You'll want to avoid chemicals as much as possible, wash your hair using cold rinses, comb gently, don't brush wet hair, and watch the kinds of hair accessories you use (no french barrettes or rubber bands, no thin hairties), minimize the blow drying or heat styling.
Finehairs need EXTRA-GENTLE treatment... Be sure to also condition your hair well. (and a heavy oiling every now and then, perhaps? jojoba is best)
I wish you the best of luck. Hair is a lady's pride and with long term gentle care, it'll be absolutely gorgeous!
