I've heard that you can condition hair then cover with a shower cap. How long are you supposed to do it and how often? I use pantene pro v shampoo and conditioner. I'm a guy with short but highlighted hair. Would this benefit me? Do guys wear shower caps-is it odd for them? |

lol guys wear em to...lol...im 15 and a grl...you leave it in for about 3 min then wash it out then blow dry it...then if u want add a lil gel and spike it or w/e u want. but for ur answer u leave it in for about 3 min. lol ------------- |

You seem to ask this question everywhere. No, it's not strange. Yes, other guys do this sometimes too. I'd agree that 3-5 minutes is good enough. |
