hi i am getting my hair cut next week i hav curly hair bt i straighten nearly all the time. cud ne1 tel me wud it b a good idea 2 get a side fringe/bangs? i am worried i wil b left with a short frizzy bit at the front. altho wen my hair is curly i tie it back so i probly cud clip it bak. does ne1 hav curly hair with bangs if so wat does it look like? luv liza |

I've seen people with waves have bangs. Because the waves are not too wavy, the look is natural and they can easily straighten the fringe without doing anything else. Most people with curly hair that fall in the range of really curly hair and strong waves just have long layers with the shortest layer at the chin or under the ears. If you perfer bangs, then you'll have to go through a lot of work to unwind your curly hair into waves and straighten the bangs after showers. ------------- |

hey thanx for replying! i mite get long bangs so that i can clip it back wen its not straight im going 2 look for a picture of sum1 with bangs and curly hair. i wil let u no how it turns out if i decide 2 get it cut that way! luv liza x

Ashlee Simpson. But she has some loose waves, not curly hair. I've seen a picture in Allure where Jessica has bangs too. They both have natural waves. ------------- |

hey lacerca i got my hair cut n i luv it! its straight at the moment i wonder wat it wil look like curly lol the bangs are sweepy like a side fringe. wel thanx 4 the photo i actually took anothr photo of ashli simpson 2 my hair dressers. luv liza xx

i've saw ur hair and its totally cool! u suits it sooo well! u made da rite choice! but i dnt fink u shood straighten it all da time! were it curly a bit. u cood were it down and clip da fringe back! lv ya!

Hey, I just recently got the side sweep bangs (as my hair dresser calls them) and i cant get them to straighten to the side. I use my straigtener, but they always flip up or go all wavy. So lately i havent been using my straightener on them and they work fine, just they dont have the straightness that i want... if that makes sense.
