I'm female, looking for a very avant-garde, alternative hairstyle, preferably one that'll accent my heart-shaped face. I'd like something that stands out, but nothing too loud or obnoxious. No curls, no waves. Does anyone have a photo to show or suggestions? Any help is appreciated. |

There's a guy who works at my public library... he has straight maroon-dyed hair that is shorter on one side than the other.. looks rather cool. Even though he's a guy, this look would work for a lady too. The cut has a length gradient: it starts about ear length on his left side, and as it goes around the head, it gets longer and longer until it reaches chin length on the right side of the head. Look on Japanese or other Asian hair sites! They seem to be a bit more inventive with hair than most American sites. ------------- More awesome than a manatee! |
