I''ve been reading random posts that talk about "CWC." What exactly is this? Is it just conditioning, shampooing, and then conditioning again? What''s the purpose of this? Does it help alleviate/prevent hair problems?
Also, I was reading about using coconut oil. How exactly is this suppose to help hair?
I''d really like to know the answers to these two questions. I''d like to try some new things if they are relevent to me.

Try posting your question on the long hair message board. A lot of people there use oils on their hair. I'm sure someone will be able to give you some info how to use oils and CWC.
P.S. I just started using eucalyptus oil -- a few drops in my conditioner. Excellent results. There may be a different process for coconut oil, though.
