I heard UDU oil is good for your hair, especially when used with cottage cheese? Also Flax oil is good too although not as good as Udo. I was just wondering if anyone has used it before? Thanks TLSF  ------------- 1b-M-ii type, 29.5 inches long as of 07/11/06, goal for now waist |

Haven't tried udo, but about the flax oil - that's actually better for your hair if you eat it (like on salads) than if you put it in your hair.
