Date Posted: December 14 2004 at 3:42pm I'm trying to go for really spiky look with long, straight, kind of forward leaning spikes--think Brad Pitt in Fight Club. I've tried just about everything. When my hair is short (about an inch) and i stick gel in it it spikes up fine. When my hair is longer (~1.5+ inches), and i put gel in it it becomes limp and wavy--impossible to style the way i want it. I've tried dozens of products; clays, fibers, glues, gels etc., but none of them seem to work. I'm almost desperate now. Do you guys have any idea how i can get my hair to do this?
