it seems like in the winter my hair is totaly unmanagable because it is so staticy. Is this becasue it is dry or what? It bothers me..does anyone know of any products or anything to reduce the static? thankssss

Yes, it is because it is dryer in the winter. Heating drys the air out....
Hydrate your hair. There are products that will help - don't know of any names of hand but just look around where you buy your other hair products.

Jojoba oil would help. Just use a little. If your hair is chin length, a couple of drops would be enough, just a little more for additional length. It absorbs into hair. If it makes your hair look oily, you used too much.

Spray your hairbrush with Static Guard. Goody makes anti-static hairbrushes too.
