What do you mean when you say "hair fetish"? This often means a fetish for cutting or shaving hair, or for women with shaved heads. Is this the kind of "hair fetish" you are referring to? I hope not. I don't live in the Netherlands, but I do visit there often, and Dutch women have the most beautiful hair: honey-blonde, very shiny, sometimes with a slight wave.
