Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 1:26am I have super straight, waist length hair all one length. I've just been invited to a costume party with a "Gone with the Wind" theme. I'd like to do something great with my hair to go along with the wonderful Hoop Skirt I'm renting, but am really at a lost for ideas. Can someone out there think of anything that doesn't require cutting or perming. Besides that I'm really open to anything but definitely want people to look at me and say "wow."
