I am 49 and in full blown hormonal changes. For me the changes are mostly dryness to my skin and hair, eyes and all over my body. I have been taking herbs to help the dryness but nothing seems to help with my hair. I have been slathering Curressence on which I read helps Cheryl and Karen, but my hair is still dry and seems like it is thinning.I am very depressed about this. My hair was almost to my waist but I am thinking maybe I just need to throw in the towel and get it cut to manage the dryness.Any help would be so much appreciated.
