UP until August, i had beautiful long hair. then I made the CRAZY decision to perm it. Now it is a oily/frizzy mass of unbiodegradable horse hair! It takes hours to dry it & then it gets oily again and four more hourse out the window. HELP! I thought about cutting it.. I just don't know if I would like it or not. I need advice

> Julia,I'm sorry to hear about your perm mishap. If you want to try to keep your hair long, have you checked with a hair stylist about possibly using a mild hair relaxer on your "frizzy horse hair"? It may be an option. If that's out, and your only other option is to cut. You can email this guy your picture. If you don't have a scanner, Kinkos will put your picture on a disc for just a few bucks. For no charge, he'll email it back to you with different haircuts/styles. This should give you some idea of what you'll look like before you cut. He says it's all confidential. But, of course, I've never used his service.
