Does anyone know what the best hair brush for long fine hair is? I have tried natural boar bristle brushes, but they don't seem to work very well. I like to feel the bristles brushing my scalp as well and the boar bristle doesn't seem to penetrate my hair and touch my scalp. I have heard that people with really fine hair shouldn't brush their hair, but if I don't brush mine it looks really messy. Any suggestions?

Instead of brushing your hair you could comb it really good instead. It makes it look really smooth. -Beth

Hi,Cricket makes a bunch of good brushes. Also Graham Webb is the best of the boar's head. The key with a brush is to get one that does not have the round knobs on the end of each bristle. Never use a nylon brush. It will rip and tear your hair. I have a good Revlon brush that has soft tips and I have a couple of Crickets that are good.Hope that helps,Karen> Does anyone know what the best hair brush> for long fine hair is?
