Date Posted: January 12 2000 at 1:53am Ok here is the deal, I am 15 going on 16 and I really want to change my hair. Right now it is THICK, about shoulder length and with layers, also it has this little wave to it. No matter what I never like it. IS there anyone out there that can help me with my problem? I need to now if it would work if I would cut it a little shorter or what. And besides thinning my hair(cuz I have tried it and it still is thick) what else can i do so I DON"T have volume in my hair? Think on a low budget ok.
