I've noticed similar comments before and also done it myself with some products. But I'd like to ask if there is a danger of taking this as a blanket approach with all conditioners, i.e. some of the cheaper bulk market types. If left on for significantly longer than the usual recommended 2-5 mins, do they contain products that could damage your hair. If not... would it be okay to leave these products in overnight while sleeping and then rinse out in the morning?Paul Replies:
