Hi, Cher.I am glad that I read your article. Now, I have a much better understanding of why you like the Aveda line. It literally saved your hair. Your genes didn't hurt, either:)I also wanted to tell you that I would urge you to let your hair be a natural gray. If you want a darker color later on, that's cool too. I saw a lady today who must have been in her eighties and she had gorgeous white hair. We talked because she had such a beautiful natural curl to her hair, that I told her so. She said with the humidity in VA that she wanted to borrow some of my straight locks. We had a great conversation. Unlike any person with white hair I have seen, her hair was silky, shiny and vibrant. So was her skin.I hope that you never have such a horrible experience again.All the best...Jade
