Hi All! If you can't seem to narrow down the reason for your scalp itchiness or irritation - take a deep breath - the culprit may be your mousse that you can't live without! AAARRRGGG! Not my Mousse! :(The problem with almost every single mousse on the market is that they all contain, as their main ingredients, Alcohol, Propane and Butane. The latter two are rocket fuel and lighter fluid and are used as propellants to help the products foam up. All three are skin irritants. It may even take a while for the irritation to become apparent or may show itself in the damaged ends after a perm or color.Everbody - get thee to the room where you worship the porcelin god and check the ingredients on that can of mousse, forthwith and without delay. I don't find it at all comforting that after placing these ingredient on our head that we heat them up with a blowdryer.Solution: Go for the non-aerosol mousses that come out as a gel them foam up in your hand.Just my thoughts - Mickhael email@wwbeautystore.com http://www.WorldWideBeautyStore.com - http://www.WorldWideBeautyStore.com

Hi Mickhael,Thanks for the great info. I know that alcohol can be nasty, but I had no idea that it could also have propane and butane. YIPES.Karen> Hi All!
