Hello-I have basically reached the end of my rope, and it brought me here. I just moved, and always have the worst luck finding a new hairstylist. I need a haircut badly, but want to try something different, if possible. I am interested in finding a cut that flatters my face, but is not too radically different. To sum it up...I have a round face, short body. For the last 7 years I have kept my hair length around the middle, or just past it, of my back. My hair is brown w/ auburn-like highlights. It is not very thick, and fine in texture. Naturally, it is mostly straight, with a teeny bit of wave. Right now, I am at the end of a spiral perm. You know, straight on top, curly on bottom (it doesn't look as bad as it sounds! :-)Because of the damaged ends, I would be willing to go shorter, say, just below the shoulders. But what would look good for a round face? Do bangs flatter or fatten a round face? (I do not have bangs). I have an extreme urge to get something done soon, but without a specific idea of what I want, I am very afraid of a hairstylist taking liberties. I am sure you all know what I mean. Thanks for any suggestions, or opinions.Kriska
