I've heard that honey is supposed to be a good conditioner for dry hair, but how do you use it? The same way as olive oil?

For your hair, grab the jar and use as much as you like. I have used quite a bit as a pre-shampoo conditioning treatment. Saturate your hair, then apply heat or not--heat is better-, and sit for as long as you like. I usually use a plastic cap or saran wrap.Honey is wonderful, because it adds moisture, but not grease. I love this on my face in the winter, especially if it has been a windy day.Good luck, Jade
