I was wondering since most people here like 'thick hair', what do they consider to be thick. Is it from the appearance or the diameter of the hair shaft, or is it bushy hair? For comparison's sake what would be considered as thin hair?

Well here is my opinion, though I am sure there will be others that have different opinions. The appearance of thick hair can be caused by both the quantity of hairs on the head as well as the thickness (texture?)of the individual hairs. To give you an example, my hair is fine in texture, but I have a lot of it so it appears thick. A good friend of mine has very coarse hair, however, she doesn't have alot of hair but her hair also appears thick. Yet if you were to put both of our hair into ponytails, mine would be bigger where it was gathered. Anyone else have ideas?Take care,Noreen> I was wondering since most people here like 'thick> hair', what do they consider to be thick.
